It happens (:

although work was pretty great (water front by the Queen Mary), mother’s day was complicated. My great grandpa isn’t doing well and it has become quite to stressor to my mom and her parents. Going to their house this Sunday was pleasant because my great grandma was so talkative, telling us about how her and great grandpa met and all, and she is eating again, but I could see the hurt in her eyes, and the hurt in my grandparents, especially Grandpa’s eyes, as they are trying so hard to take care of great grandpa who is now in a hospital bed in the living room. It’s so hard to see them all so stressed, so tired looking and so sad. It really begins to take a toll on you to see them like that.
